What sessions cost, what insurance I take, and how to find out where you stand before you book anything.

Self-Pay

## Paying directly.

-   Free consultation (15 to 20 minutes): No charge 
-   Individual counseling (60 minutes): $180 

Payment is handled through my Headway portal, which also manages scheduling and any insurance billing.

Insurance

## Plans I am in network with.

-   Blue Cross Blue Shield
-   Aetna
-   Cigna

All insurance is billed through Headway. Your cost will be your plan's copay or coinsurance rather than the full session rate. Headway can verify your benefits before your first appointment so you know the number in advance.
